Step 3 — Commitment & Financial Readiness By proceeding, you confirm you are financially prepared for adoption costs and ongoing care — nutrition, grooming, veterinary care, and emergencies — and ready for a lifelong commitment. A Yorkshire Terrier is not a short-term decision.
Step 4 — Share Your Details Once reserved, we request details about your household, lifestyle, daily routine, children or other pets, and prior dog experience to ensure proper placement and smooth preparation.

By reserving, purchasing, or adopting a puppy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Breeding Standards & Placement
- All parent dogs are health tested, genetically screened, pedigreed, and responsibly selected.
- Breeding females are carefully managed and never overbred.
- We do not operate as a kennel, puppy mill, broker, or reseller.
- Puppies are placed as family companions unless otherwise approved in writing.
- We reserve the right to decline any placement not considered in the puppy’s best interest.
- Maximum of two puppies per household unless specifically approved.
Breeding rights are not included and require separate approval, health testing, documentation, and compliance with program standards.
2. Health Guarantee & Veterinary Care
- Every puppy includes a written 2–3 year health guarantee, depending on contract terms.
- Families receive veterinary records and a review period after handover.
- A full refund may be issued if a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious undisclosed congenital defect.
- Minor or manageable conditions do not qualify for refunds.
3. Payments, Reservations & Refunds
- Payment secures a specific puppy and removes it from availability.
- No puppy is held or released without cleared payment.
- All payments receive official confirmation receipts.
- Payments are fully refundable within 7 days if plans change.
- After 7 days, payments remain 50% refundable prior to delivery.
- Full refunds are issued if we cannot fulfill the agreed delivery arrangement.
4. Pickup, Delivery & Starter Kit
Pickup or delivery is arranged once the puppy is fully prepared. Puppies are released healthy, calm, and with complete documentation.
Each puppy may include:
- Comfort blanket with familiar scent
- Food sample for transition
- Veterinary records
- Adoption agreement
- Initial care guidance

5. Owner Responsibilities & Ongoing Support
By adopting, families agree to:
- Provide lifelong veterinary, grooming, nutritional, and emotional care

AdelsYorkies provides ongoing breeder support for adjustment, health, grooming, and long-term care.
We are not responsible for issues caused by neglect, improper care, environmental conditions, or failure to follow veterinary guidance after placement.
