Yes. Payment immediately reserves the puppy and removes it from availability. We do not place holds without payment.

Timing depends on the puppy's age, health readiness, and veterinary clearance. Puppies are never rushed—only fully prepared puppies are released.
Each puppy comes with a written health guarantee and full veterinary records. You are given time after handover to review all documentation.
If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious, undisclosed congenital defect, a full refund is issued upon written confirmation. Minor or manageable conditions are excluded.

Yes. Adoption includes ongoing support for feeding, grooming, training, adjustment, and long-term care. We remain available well beyond handover.
Yes. In-person pickup is available by appointment. A deposit is required to reserve the puppy and scheduled visit. To protect our puppies' health, visits are limited and the environment is sanitized after each appointment.
